A little bit about me...

My name is Sophie Young

I started practicing yoga ten years ago, drawn to it both as a way to support my mental well-being and to bring care to my highly active body.

My purpose as your yoga teacher is simple: I’m here to empower you through your practice, in both mind and body, whatever that looks like to you 🧘🏼‍♀️

 

Yoga isn’t about whether or not you can touch your toes or do a headstand…

It’s about connection, balance, and embracing your truest self. I truly believe yoga is for EVERY body—no rules, no judgments, just mindful movement and breath that feels good for YOU✨
